Anaya Tile

Positives:

1. Decent Price.

2. Allowed us to go to the fabrication shop to place our templates.

3. Very nice and patient fabrication/installer guys. Took lots of time with us in placing the templates where we wanted them.



Negatives:

1. Dealt with Laura. She was too impatient to answer questions about installation. Rushed us off the phone repeatedly.

2. Did not always give honest answers.

3. Yelled at us for "holding up the job" because we wanted to make sure we bought a sink we were happy with which took a couple extra days.

4. We had a cloudy streak on a prominent area of the granite after installation which ended up being a resin filled cavity in the stone that was filled when it was sliced up. When we asked about it, she told us "If you are going to be upset, be upset with God. It is part of the stone". I'm not sure if she yet realizes that a resin seal that is applied by man after the stone is sliced has nothing to do with God, but it is clear she could care less.



Too many granite places out there that would have probably treated us better and appreciated our business. Would not recommend.
