They don't deserve even one star they got me in a car which broke down. Two days later I lost all brakes and the battery went dead and wouldn't charge back up... I took the car to a mechanic which while the car was sitting on the mechanic garage the wiring caught on fire inside were the radio is suppose to go so the mechanic looks it over and the bogey GPS system they had hooked up caused the wiring to catch fire and I have this on on paper from the garage o had the car at... Also I took the car the same day I got it to not one but two different shops to have it inspected and both places would not pass the car for inspection which is illegal to sale a car off of a lot that will not pass a state inspection... So I call the owner for two straight weeks and finally o got to speak with him and what does he tell me. That I can pay the car off or there putting it back on the lot and selling it, what a joke now I have to take them to court.. I forgot the first time it rained the whole inside of the car was filled with water...

DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER AT THIS PLACE! We were behind three weeks on a payment for April 2014. They towed the car and then lied about the payments received. They basically take advantage of poor people by stealing their cars and reselling them making it impossible to pay added on fees that were never owed. In our case, the amount due to pay of the car by July 2014 was $626.00. They stole the car and both keys on May 10, 2014. Even if they had not received the late payment sent for April, the payment was not 30 days past due. They picked up the car and then added on more fees that included May, June, July and maybe April too and then a $350 repo fee so they could make more money off of the vehicle than the sales price of $2999.00. They have a repo guy sitting in their office going around picking up cars all day that we witnessed while we were there, When I spoke to the "owner" , he used the "F" word screaming at me but admitting that he had every payment but April 2014 then said but May's was due in two days when they took the car. This is no different than the case in CA where the police department was towing cars from people's houses who were poor, trying to force them to pay fees to get the car back that they could not afford and then driving the cars themselves or re selling the cars. These people should be in jail.

Best ever fast heat was not working and that fixed it fast and right the 1st time good cars nice and cool

I bought a vehicle from here on April 17, 2017. Great deal! Quick and easy. I took the vehicle for a test drive and liked how it ran. I paid in full and did not use their finance option (However, from what I saw, that would have been an affordable deal as well). There was a very wide variety (Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs) to choose from. Their web sight was extremely helpful! I really liked that the prices are posted on the website as well as on the vehicles!

I will most certainly return here for my next purchase!

I read the bad reviews posted here, and I must say, these ARE used vehicles and they are very inexpensive. You should expect some issues, however, if you take your time, do your research, ask questions, LBSI is a great place for an affordable, good running vehicle. They answered my questions to the best of their knowledge.
The expectation of getting a "cheap" car that runs like it just came off the factory floor is very unrealistic. Do your research. Ask Questions.
LBSI is a very transparent business. Their vehicles are setting out, with prices CLEARLY marked on them. They let you know up front what they can and can't do. It's nice to deal with true, honest people.

Bought a truck with over 300,000 miles but it runs great! Would recommend LBSI if you are looking for a dependable, affordable vehicle.

My personel opinion with LBS is an awesome one the receptionish showed me the vehicles that were in our price range we drove 2 of them and bought 1 shes a great sales lady professional but yet personel my wife even started telling her about our loss. this was the first tme my wife talked about it. Arlene is a good and great asset to the company and we love our Explorer. DONT go any where else. LBS and Arelene will help you out shes looking for a car for our daughter now.

My fiancé bought a dodge truck last week from lbsi as soon as he got a mile down the road the truck broke down throwing oil everywhere no oil pressure. We had it towed back to them they are very rude people they wasn't goin to fix it but then finally they said they would it has been at the mechanic shop for a week now and the mechanic is telling us one thing and the owner of lbsi is telling us another thing these people are crooks so do not buy from there no matter what they say they are the rudest people I have ever known on my life

horrible people were rude and got a chevy blazer that fell apart soon after i got it off the lot then tried to talk to them about it they kept on trying to direct me to another lbsi store in florida and im like for what , i wasted 2000 bucks for nothing but rudeness and poor quality
