Came out but they only had a 100 foot auger. Said line was clear but 3 days later same problem again. Called them back and said they would only come out if they charged us again. We paid $358 the first time. Wanted another $300 to come back. This is Bad Business. We will not be using this company again.

I hired this company to fix a clogged pipe at our commercial property.Two guys showed up, and it took them several hours to snake one pipe.They could not fix the problem and told me that it was pizza hut's grease trap that was causing the problem. After two days fighting with Pizza Hut, and without a working bathroom.We finally got another plumper out, they snaked the pipe again and fixed.Apparently these guys didn't even snake the right pipe.Unfortunately they think that i owe them for not fixing the problem. I called and explain this situation and that we had to have another plumber out to finish the job. I refuse to pay for a job that was never finish or resolved and had to be finished by another company. Then several months later they have the audacity to send someone to the business to collect the debt.Then they referred us to a lawyer and it appears they are attempting to sue us over a $200 bill. What a joke.I can make one promise.They won't see a penny from me!See you in court!

Mcintyre plumbing came out and fixed my leaky toilet. They were really quick and nice. Will definitely call them again. Gotta admit the stress about my plumbing problem was causing plumbing problems of another kind! But within an hour or so, these guys were finished fixing the problem, and I am stress-free for the moment! lolz!
