Never Again. I would NOT recommend. My family went to Fannies on the Beach two weeks ago (Mother's Day weekend) on set business and on set with the production company who were mostly non-African American. A bi-racial couple entered whom we happened to know from the set though the waitress was unaware. I listened as she talked about the couple to other patrons and the bartender. Then she proceeded with giving my husband and I bad service with a bad attitude. I approached her and asked her to allow me to speak with her and she yelled to the top of her lungs as of I was assaulting her. When I sought a Manger for assistance she just offered to do a "shot" of liqueur with me to make it all go away. All the while my daughter set at a separate table to dine with her cast mates and their family who were all non-African Americans and although they put their order in together...45 minutes later the family was done eating and my daughter NEVER got her own plate. She watched them dine. Nevertheless, we left and dined somewhere else. We returned the next day with the cast and crew only to find that the server was there the next day rolling her eyes with a smirk on her face. They never removed her from serving either day. My advice is to go to the opposite corner where an excellent diner sits that enjoyed our business and was the only place on the beach rat de-viens their shrimp before serving called Sting Rays. They have 343 excellent reviews and they work to please you with excellent service, excellent food and are reasonably priced. Have fun!

Horrible

I took my daughter to Tybee Island because she hadn't been there, so we decided to make an evening of dinner and a walk along the beach. We decided on Fannie's because it was recommended by a friend. We were told it was a good place to eat and the prices weren't to bad, being it was on Tybee Island. Us and a couple behind us were told we could seat ourselves and that they had seating inside and outside. My daughter and I chose to sit inside by the window and the couple sat right behind us. Almost immediately they had a waitress bring them their silverware and took their drink orders. I figured we were sitting in a different waitresses section. We watched as people came in, seated themselves inside and out and had their orders taken. Not one person came to our table. If they had been busy I might have a little understanding, but they weren't. After 30 minutes we decided to leave. As we walked out the door the same gentleman that told us to seat ourselves thanked us for coming and said he hoped to see us again. Really? I wouldn't go back even if I somehow got amnesia. I was so angry, I knew the best thing for me to do was just walk out and keep my mouth shut.

So i went to fannys this fourt...

So i went to fannys this fourth of july with some friends. I will never go back. the people there are very rude and not even friendso ily one bit. I am a veteran and i have a disability. So i have a service dog. they kick me out cause of her. They even had the nerve to ask me what my disablilty is. WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!! So what are they goin to kick my other friend who has a service dog out too? oh ya, hes blind. so they are goin to treat him the same as me. Never again, i told this lady (short hair older looks like she not all there-you would know what i meant if you saw that face.) Its people like them who made me Ashamed to have serviced and represented them.
