They came to my house because of a plumbing inssue I had with sewer water backing up into my house and soiling my floors and walls. They promptly took actions to help protect my house from future losses, tearing up bad carpet, walls, taking out toilets... because of the damage my house was unsuitable to live in. The heater had to be turned off, and our bathroom blocked for drying among other things. Over a week later, returning to the house I found the water valve connected to the toilet had not been completely shut. After taking care to dry out sewer water, they let a slow leak build up until my floors were soaked again. When I tried to contact them to advise them of what happened they first tried to brush me off by phone. Then when I said that wasnt good enough they had someone come out and look. Only to say they were sure they turned off the valve completely and that my valve literally untightened itself!! They were unwilling to admit to a simple mistake and help me get into my house. All I wanted was for my house to be dry again! If you go with this company, i suggest you pray nothing goes wrong after you cut them a check because thats when they stop being so concerned. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! OH AND IT HAPPENED DURING CHRISTMAS. MERRY CHRISTMAS T&T.
