we used this company 2 years ago to replace some window balances. Had no problem with them so called again for the same windows. They seem to have had a change in help. I would not advise using. After 2 mths my windows still not fixed. And they take no responsibility. In fact was told I gave them the wrong window. The service manager pulled the sales slip from last time and ordered off it. When came out was wrong thing. The service tec took the old part back with him. Just came out today with again the wrong part and I'm told they no longer wish to work with me. I have never seen such poor unreliable incompetent customer service. Use at your own risk! Would give 0 star but not a option.

When I first called 2mths. ago for the balances on same window the service manager pulled the sales slip from before to order the parts needed as was the same. Came out with the wrong parts. And blamed it on me that I had gave the wrong window! Again was the same window as did before. But refused to take any responsibility. The service tec took the old part back with him so could re-order off it. Came out today with once again the wrong part! Once again they take no responsibility for this. And told me was done with me. I have never seen such poor incompentent customer service. And seem to have the attitude could care less. Use at your own risk. Would give 0 star but not a option.

This job turned out to be a lot of work and I just knew I’d have to pay more or buy something else but you stuck to our deal. I will recommend you to everyone!”
