l purchase my 2 kids bedrooms from Furniture in the Raw and l had the best experience Friendly People with knowledge in the products They finished them in the colors l requested and delivered to my home, All in time . l recommend This Store to anyone is looking for quality and Service . Alice

I'm so angry I can't even write a proper review Three months to receive a part another two weeks trying to get said part repaired after damaged in shipping ... 1st attempt found rail loose at bottom said they would fix issue ... brought said cabinet home found more damage . Returned unit was told they could've replaced it had I not stained it would take another week to fix ...at this point I've borrowed 2 friends vehicles for delivery ask for delivery for free after finished told that it wouldn't be convenient to them ... spoke with owner couldnt even see my issues ... no customer service all folks involved just haven't a clue ... will never go back to this place

I ordered a chest of drawers in Dec and it finally showed up in March. Okay no biggie stuff happens in process of loading product see broken rail at bottom of cabinent ... discover rail has broken in shipment .. sales person says they'll rebuild it they'll call me in a couple of days. When I go down a week later they tell me that all they did was pull a drawer from another one that came in at the same time ( why didn't they offer this the first time i was there ) pick up unit take it home stain product and find that its been dropped ... it's starting to come apart and ANOTHER drawer is broken... so now we have 2 broken drawers and cabinet is coming apart due to being dropped in shipping. To make things more fun I don't own a vehicle that can carry it so I've had to involve others for the help... All they can tell me is we're sorry we didn't look at it when we recieved it yes that's our fault for not looking it over .... In addition they would like me to drive across town to verify the repairs to make sure they've been done right ...( oh come on you can't look it over like it's something you would buy and fix what's broke I have to spend more time and borrow someone else's vehicle to pick it up ??? My favorite after you fix it can you just bring it up to me ... answer: If we have a delivery in your area we'll gladly take it to you than .... This company apparently isn't interested in going the extra mile for anything even when they make all the mistakes ... The best part lol a simple piece of wood to go between dressors takes a week to produce after it took 1hour plus the first time and they messed it up ... because there was a MORE important order being worked on ... I guess I shouldn't have paid anything off. Was looking to make a 2nd custome cd cabinent to compliment my 1st they won't being doing the work ... not sure they could get it right

Unbelievably poor!

Where to start? The customer service is lackluster at best. The staff is less than competent and I wouldn't trust anything they promise in terms of quality of their product, their ability to "color match", or their ability to stick with a time line for production. I had to contact them repeatedly to get any feedback on the progress of my order. After I was told that they could "color match anything" they failed to even get close to the sample color that I provided. Of course, when I called at one point to see how much longer it would be until the piece was finished, they told me that they were waiting for me to bring in my color sample, which I had actually dropped off more than two weeks prior. Who knows how much longer it would have been if I had not called?! This is just one example of how poorly the staff seem to communicate with one another! In the end, I paid way to much for the quality of what I received. If you can find your piece somewhere else, get it there instead.

Unfriendly customer service

I purchased a set of office furniture 4 year ago in December 2005. It included a desk, a book shelf and a swivel chair for $1000.15. They are located on a wooden floor and get very light use. A few months ago, ball bearings from the castors started spilling out on the floor. I called the store and spoke with the owner. He was extremely rude and reluctant to find the record of my purchase. I brought it in today for them to look at. They said they were not a repair shop and basically refused to back the quality of their product. They were going to charge me for labor and parts that had prematurely failed. I reminded them of their claim to quality in their ad which they vehemently denied. A one year warranty is all they give. I will not go back to them.

Splendid service and quality

In selecting furniture for our B&B, we found their suggestions and quality of pieces to be perfect. They finished our choices to the exact color hue we needed. And when I needed a buffet to fit a difficult location, they built it from scratch. We then ordered more pieces for our personal needs and now I need to add more rooms and will once again depend on them to provide the right product.
