Able Refrigeration

I researched air conditioners first, then found the perfect installer for what I wanted. Ron, at Able Refrigeration, worked with me to match a Goodman air conditioner to my existing furnace. Even though I am an older woman, he didn't talk down to me, nor did he try to "school" me on HVAC. He respected my ideas and experience.

My furnace worked fine, although it was under the roof. Most people in my neighborhood have allowed HVAC companies to talk them into placing units on top of their roofs causing eyesore renovations. Able honored my desire to keep a clean look to my home. Their team of installers worked diligently to place the coil unit next to my furnace without causing any problems to my evaporate cooler unit. Let me say, it was not an easy install. They were real pros.

We had a few scheduling mishaps along the way but, honestly, it was worth the wait.
I now have a new AC system matched to my existing furnace, all for less than half what my neighbors are paying for giant outdoor, on-the-roof systems. Mucho gracias to Able Refrigeration- a company with enough experience to make things work right the first time.

Made a 24hr emergency service call. The temps where 115-118.

I was told a tech would be here within the hour. Tech never showed

up and repeated calls went unanswered. When a company accepts

the service and doesn't show up that is just bad business. Received

a call this morning for the service. 12 hours later. Too top it off this

company is located about 4 miles from my home.
