We had a great experience with Claude. He clearly knows what he is doing, he is very professional, and very considerate of customers' needs. Claude did a fantastic job installing our dishwasher, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Five stars.

Recently ordered a dishwasher from Lowes Livermore. Claude, the installer, went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the installation. Very courteous and friendly with great attention to detail. Would reccommend his service to anyone.

Claude was prompt, quick, and professional. He went the extra mile by showing me how to repair an associated plumbing problem not directly related to the installation of our dishwasher.

Claude is a true pro -- from every standpoint. He arrived early (after calling me), and handled our new oven installation perfectly. His innovation in fixing a glitch in our cabinet space worked perfectly and his installation went in beautifully -- like clockwork! He tested the oven and instructed us how to "break it in." He hauled away our old unit and was courteous and kind throughout the process.

I WAS disappointed in finding this rating system to allow only 5 stars. For Claude, twice that many stars for each point would still not be sufficient to describe his expertise and handling of our entire project!

He'll definitely be our installer choice for all of our future projects! He reflects great credit upon the organization he represents!

Claude was absolutely fantastic! Very courteous, kind and professional. Even had to work under fire by my Lab Puppy. He went well above the call of duty fixing broken pipes on his own time. I'll use you folks for all my future needs!

Claude called ahead as another reviewer mentioned. Upon arrival he appeared to be very knowledgeable about appliance installation. He is also personable and honest. We had another appt to go to and he was conscientious about getting done in time for us to leave. He is very busy as he gets so many referrals and it's easy to see why! Would highly recommend him!

Claude came exactly on time, called ahead and did a great job. He even had to run to the store for a special part. His installation was flawless. I will definitely call him again. Highly recommend!

Bay Area Installations did an excellent job installing our new OTR microwave. They were also very patient and understanding when we had to reschedule several times because the new microwave was lost in transit. I would recommend them highly and would/will use them again for any future appliance installations. Thank you Bay Area Installers.

Couldn't have been more satisfied by an "old school" type of service. Claude is very personable and willing to go the extra mile to be sure his customers are satisfied. He was at our home on time and didn't stop until everything was working perfectly. Doesn't get any better.
