had a leather recliner that had a frame problem and had become unlevel. these folks said they could fix it . no problem. when I got it back the left leg fell off the front of the chair. I examined what they had done... They had cut a piece of plywood and put it on the leg in order to level the chair back up. the hole they drilled in the base where the leg goes is too big and the leg falls off if you try to move the chair. DO NOT CARRY YOUR RECLINER TO THEM. THEY WONT FIX IT. THEY WILL DESTROY IT.

Wanted a table (top only) to be refinished. It matched another table. Around the time it was due to be returned, I received a phone call stating that the whole table had been stripped by accident. A drawer from other table was needed to insure color match. When delivered the table did not have the same finish and was wrong color. We gave them another chance by allowing BOTH tables to be taken to insure color/finish matching. Against my better judgement I allowed him to carry both tables out making mental notes and stating I expect the other table to be returned in the same condition as it was when carried out. I knew where all the scratches were in this table and didn't want more. One week later tables returned..new scratches on table plus new on refinished one too. Finish on new one still was not matching and at that point I was told that it was impossible to match perfectly. Finish isn't the same either. The newly finished table apparently needed to have finish hoarded before returning. Thumb print on table unremovable. Lamp when placed on table made scratches. I cannot recommend this business.
