PetSmart

I like the store. Grooming has TERRIBLE customer service. Went in on a Sunday at 5pm. The store closes at 6pm including grooming. We went to have the dog's nails clipped, but did not bring shot record, so we drove home and made it back by 5:35. We asked if we made it in time to have his nails clipped, and the girl in grooming stated she had to aske the other girl. (They said if we made it back bt 6pm, WHEN THEY CLOSE, we'll be fine.) When the other girl came out, she said, "Ugh, I guess." Is this what cuatomer service os turning into now?! She had 25 minutes to cut my dogs nails!! If a groomer cannot cut nails in 25, she needs to work elsewhere, especially with lack of common courtesy for a paying customer. May I add, there were no other animals waiting to be groomed. This store also has poor reviews on Google. Since it was such trouble for the groomer to cut dog's nails, even after we came back in time with shot records, I will not tolerate inconsiderate and rude employees, and wil definitely not go back to their grooming location.

This is one of the two Petsmarts that I frequent. I like this one better because it is cleaner than the other one and has a Pethotel, Grooming Salon, and Doggy Day Camp. My dog goes to day camp once every two weeks, and she gets groomed once a month, with day camp as well. The staff is so friendly to me and my dog; they remember us and seem truly excited that we are back. They do a great job grooming her as well, and I was very happy with how they took care of my dog after a weekend stay at the hotel. You get coupons with every stay at doggy day camp (the ones around the holidays are awesome!).
