        Overall

        I really really hate to leave bad reviews but I after months of living with the piece I just can't let others go through the same. 1st-Blue was not the most professional person, rescheduled meet ups SEVERAL times. I let it go thinking I was giving the guy a chance but it KEPT happening. Then we agreed on redoing my couch AS IS and he swore I'd like it untufted better. I asked for pictures BEFORE he delivered it and never saw any, so I started calling him to tell him I wanted to see it before he delivered. He ignored my calls and delivered on a day I wasn't home (husband was). I HATE IT!
