REAL Star Property Management

A warning to those considering this company. You must pay a non-refundable deposit in order to LOOK at a house you might want to rent. We were also told they did not show properties on weekends. Additionally, it would take days (or a week) to see a property that was occupied (even if the tenants were moving out soon)because they want to "respect the rights" of those living there. It is great if they are nice in the office, but they don't seem to want to work very hard!

I wrote a review on this property when I 1st moved in back in 2015, and couldn't find the review. The review was accurate, but when I paid my final bill with the property, I was asked if I could remove the review and I agreed, but I can't find it. So I will give an update review on this property. I stayed at the property for about 2 years, and 7 months. The price for the property is very affordable, and the location is in central texas. This area has alot of construction, but is a very quiet area for the most part. I would recommend this area to others.

Our experience with Real Star Peoperty in Temple hasn't been the best. The staff is very polite and business professional, but, they seem to be unorganized and slacking a bit. Our leasing agent forgot to inform us that the house we would be renting was supplied by natural gas... The soonest we could get Atmos to our location was 4 days later. Needless to say, it was spung baths for us. Not only that, our house had no mailbox installed when we moved in, along with 3 broken glass windows, glass and rebar all throughout the backyard, 2 large holes in the fence (with 2 small dogs welcome), a broken toilet, a stopes up bathroom sink, a doorknob that came off in our hand, a leaking Faucet and a few other miscilanious things to say the least. As far as a property maintence job well done, not so much, the home was not ready to move into like they said. I am not at all impressed with this rental company. It is very disappointing moving into a $1050/month home and having so many issues.

I had real star management for 1 yr and it was a very pleasant experience...The personal was always very pleasant and very professional...when is time for me to rent another house realstar will be the place for me. :-) :-) :-)

I just wanted to say what my experience with Real Star Property Management has been. I have to say they are absolutely the best property management company that I have every dealt with. I have lived in a lot of places such as Austin Tx, and Las Vegas Nv renting property in both places and Real Star beats all of them hands down when it comes to customer service. They really care about their customers and when it comes to maintenance of their properties they are A+. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to rent property in Central Texas to give them a call they are well worth it.

REAL Star Property Management is absolutely the best. I believe that there are many elements which makes this company successful but the main element is that Herman and Isaac are both real estate investors themselves and understand the challenges of owning and managing rental properties. For many companies, property management is just another stream of income without really understanding the importance of the principles of cost effectiveness but Herman and Isaac both have degrees in Accounting so they know how to manage property and make the owners money. They have treated my properties like their own and are always looking out for my best financial interest. The day REAL Star Property Management came into my life was one of my better days. I own apartments and houses, and things were not going to well for me. I was having problems with renters not paying their rent, and they were destroying the units.



When REAL Star Property Management took over, they found better clientele who pay their rent and do not destroy things. If there is a problem they take care of it. If a renter does not pay, REAL Star Property Management handles the situation with accuracy and speed, and I have absolutely nothing to do with it.
