I was referred to doctor McCaffery by my girlfiend. She stated he was "good" but very expensive. I can only get Friday's off of work and the first appointment available was a month later. I was able to plan my apppointment with doctor McCaffery carefully a month in advance. I provided his office with all of the necessary insurance and personal information 30 days before my appointment. On my appointment day I was kept waiting nearly an hour. 5 people came in after me and were put ahead of me. When I asked his staff why I wasn't being seen they explained that they were making my chart. I asked how long that would take and they said they had no idea how long it would take to complete the chart. I couldn't wait longer and made another appointment but they couldn't get me in until another month later. It turned out that they scheduled the second appointment for Christmas week. Christmas week the office was closed! I'll never know if Dr. McCaffery is any good because his staff is so poor!
