We had a good experience as our fist time eating lunch at this place. Very good food. We had lasagna and loved it! The only thing we dislike was the owner sitting in front us chatting like id it was his office and it made us uncomfortable. Overall, it was great and we would return to eat here again.

When this restaurant opened a few years ago, it was indeed a great place with terrific food and good service. That is no longer the case.



After not being there for over a year, we decided to go for dinner. We were shocked to see that the restaurant was empty, there was only one waitress and it appeared that no one else was there.



Dinner came after a lengthy wait. I ordered Chicken Parmesan (one of my favorites) ~ unfortunately the chicken was not good ~ it tasted rancid. We were not charged for my dinner; however, we will never return again.

A month in advance, we reserved a table for 10 at 6pm. It was suppose to be a nice party for my parent's 40th anniversary. When my husband and I arrived at 5:30pm after a drive from LA, the table wasn't ready. By 6 my sister and I were frantically pushing tables of a variety of levels together and stealing place settings off other tables. When we called my parent back from waiting at the bar it was about 10 after 6. Service was intolarably slow. When we arrived, there was one waitress and one bus man. We requested water for everyone, but only half were served. Appetizers and salads came out at the same time. The owner came out, all smiles, saying it was going to be special. He put no effort in to making that happen. Finally, everyone else received water. Entrees eventually came at around 7:30. While the food was good, it was hardly spectacular. Trust me, I have been to Italy; and this was good, but hardly gourmet by anyone's standards. Then dessert came out. My parents had a special plate saying "Happy Anniversary" and a family friend whose birthday is on the same day had a similar birthday cake. But no one else's dessert arrived. They finished and it seemed as though that was the end of the night. Over 10 minutes passed before I finally went out to ask for the remainder of the desserts to be served. (An additional waitress had been added by this time, mind you.) While asking, the owner came up to me, while in the midst of seating other people, and told me to be seated. When I said we had been waiting for the rest to be served and he told me to go sit. I did not. About 5 minutes later, desserts came out of the kitchen. Then he complained to my sister about me. When settling the bill, I complained about the service. He blamed the wait staff. He blamed us for arriving early! He refused to take responsibility for what occurred that night in his restaurant. I have never received such poor service. He made no attempt to make nice, to offer a bottle of wine to make up for the fiasco. I have been offered more at a chain restaurant when their service has been less than stellar. This place has absolutely no regard for the customer. There were no apologies; just a how would you like to pay for this. We had planned to put some expense into a nice dinner, but the service I received leaves me feeling cheated. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was very good - they had a great keyboard player there & the band would've been no good without him! We will return as long as that great keyboard player is with that band and the so so singer!

Every time there I go there I try something new and I am never disappointed. The service staff is always pleasant. Clearly customer service is not dead
