        Garrett Chiropractic and Wellness Center, offers comprehensive, compassionate chiropractic and alternative health care to the FL Keys community. Center owner and director Dr. Erica Lieberman-Garrett, B.Sc., D.C., a chiropractic physician provides gentle manual chiropractic treatment for all ages and injury types. She also provides alternative health treatments, health supplements and chiropractic products. Our center also offers the services of licensed massage therapists, Deborah Rhoda and Val Poulos. Patients can receive therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage or aromatherapy massage all under physician supervision. Our center is licensed ( Lic. CH6697 ) and has served the Islamorada, Key Largo and the Upper Keys area since 1996.

        Professional staff, great care from Dr. Garrett and Buddy the Parrot gives the office atmosphere a feeling of family. They go the extra mile to make sure your visit is personal and will adjust their schedule if it’s an emergency visit.

        Staff was helpful in getting an appointment promptly and we’re understanding and kind at the visit.
        Dr Garrett was unbelievable in knowing how to make my lower back and leg less painful and showed me correct exercises and a brace that enabled me to be able to make a long planned trip to see my family and friends.

        Garrett Chiropractic is great! The staff -- Nora and Renee -- are warm and cheerful as is Dr. Garrett and her companion parrot, Buddy. The masseuses -- Debra and Val -- are expert. Garrett Chiropractic is where I go to feel better.
