I had an electrically powered retractable awning installed at my home last week. Everything seemed perfect to me. This week DaCosta calls and says that the installer thought the motor sounded a little funny to him and they want to come out and replace the motor! Unbelievable!! This is taking customer service to the next level! Fix it before it MIGHT be a problem. I've never done business before with this outfit but I wish I needed more awnings so I could work with them again. Outstanding service, installation and attention to detail.
