They never showed up to give me a estimate. No call back or anything, looking for another company. RUDE

Ferrell Gas is the probably the worst corporation I've ever dealt with. I can only attribute this to it being very easy to sell LP, because they just never seem to care whether they get anything right, or follow up on any promises of follow up action. Their employees are nice enough, however there seems to be an overall lack of urgency in completing any task timely. For instance, the delivery driver could not find our house (in the City of Tampa) so didn't show up for a delivery, and never came back, despite a phone message that he would be back the next day. When I called, the nice lady asked me to give them directions!! What, no computers or gps at Ferrell? (The driver couldn't plug our address into his phone?? No Google maps access?) My wife and I laugh about something they do each time we interact with them, whether for a deliver or for service of our tank. And, yes, it's our own darn fault for being lazy and never getting around to finding another LP company, and for not buying our own tank after 15 years. My advice is that you buy your own tank, to get cheaper gas, and then use a company other than Ferrell. Will give them one star for "Ashley" being nice and professional on the phone.

I cant say of the quality of the company but I gave them 2 stars as they were the first to come out but after a week with several calls no responce on a quote so it seem they just do not want our business so I desided to go with northside
