        CALLED THE STORE TO INQUIRE ABOUT HAVING A 12 VOLT BATTERY IN STOCK AND WAS LEFT ON HOLD BY "CUSTOMER SERVICE" FOR OVER 14 MINS. WHILE ON HOLD I CALLED AGAIN ON ANOTHER LINE AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR AROUND 2 MINS WHEN THE SAME GIRL THAT HAD PUT ME ON HOLD ORIGINALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE I LET HER KNOW I WAS THE SAME PERSON WHOM SHE HAD LEFT ON HOLD FOR OVER 14 MINS ON THE OTHER LINE STILL WAITING TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE 12 VOLT BATTERY. HER REPLY WAS...THAT WAS NOT ME THAT PUT YOU ON HOLD....ARE YOU KIDDING ME???TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS MARVIN'S.
