I always get a call back, they never leave me hanging.

I was so scared to go to the Dentist, but when I come to see Dr. Korsmo I am never scarred. I come in and if feels like family, I know all the girls up front. They are so nice. The assistants in the back take great care of me. It doesn't smell like a dental office, or feel scarey. :)

The front office, has been so helpful. They helped me understand my insurance and get fought to get an insurance claim paid. Thank you girls...

I have worked at Parkland as a hygienist for over 15 years, and even with changes in staff over the years I love coming to work. They are my second family and they (we) treat our patients like family. Unlike other dental offices, at Parkland you will hear much laughter and see many smiles. Come in, bring your children and see for yourself. Payment plans are always available and all your questions or concerns will be addressed to your satisfaction. I have worked at many dentist offices over the years, and this is by far the best for patient care and employee consideration!

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe. They were way too rough while they were flossing my teeth. My gums bled for days. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their Doctors (Dentist) are very prejudice and racist against anybody who is not White. Even the receptionist are very rude!!!! they schedule me 3 appointment's and every single appointment that I went they didn't do nothing but charge my insurance . Guess why because I am not white..

The staff is awesome! Everyone is friendly and easy-going--always a comfortable atmosphere. Their pricing is very reasonable. Erin is the best hygienist I've ever had--does a thorough, gentle job on my teeth...and keeps me laughing the entire time! Most importantly, my two young kids SO look forward to their dentist appointments, because the girls there make it such a hoot for them; which, in turn, makes my job as parent much easier. My husband and I started going to Parkland Family Dentistry 7 years ago and have highly recommended them to our family and friends. Now, about 10 of our family members ALSO go there...as well as a number of our friends. They are equally happy with the staff and services!
