Great job

They did an excellent job on my car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great detail. Thinking about having them do a custom wrap in my car too

Do not go here, you will be sorry. They are epitome of "over promise, under deliver"... Way under deliver. They will not do what they say they will and they will not refund you.



I paid $125 + tax = $142.50 for a "Royal Detail Package"

That is 14% tax BTW! How does that work? They only accept cash and they didn't give me a receipt either.



What I was supposed to get (pulled directly from their website) and if I got it:

* Hand Wash & Dry

- Yes, but poorly done

* 1st Step Protection Wax

- Yes, but poorly done

* Clay Bar Treatment

- Not sure

* Engine Cleaned

- Yes, sprayed off and poorly done

* Wheel Rails, Tires & Rims Cleaned

- Sprayed off, but by no mean cleaned

* Windows Cleaned In & Out

- Yes, but the windshield looked as if it had been waxed with the rest of the car

* Dash, Vents, & Console Cleaned

- Yes, but poorly done

* Interior Shampoo

- Not done at all

* Door Panels & Jams Cleaned

- Yes, but poorly done

* Odor & Stain Removal

- Not done at all

* Scotchgard Protection

- Not done at all

* Pipes & Chrome Cleaned & Shined

- Not done at all

* Headlight Restoration

- Not done at all

* Buffing & Scratch Removal

- Not done at all



Here are the negative that I can think of that happened to my car:

• A nice coat of wax on more than a quarter of the windshield! The next day in the sunlight was like, “REALLY?!”

• Some weird visible film on indicator panel

• Floor mats covered in some SUPER SLIPPERY chemical, everybody who has got into my car since has been like “WTF!?”

• Crumbs and debris still in crevasses of the interior

• Still some spots of coffee or chew spit from last owner on center council

• They didn’t even touch the wheels other than spay them off maybe, I say this because I could still get my finger covered in black by wiping it across them

• Still visible dirt on some parts of the exterior. They didn’t even clean on the bottom of the bumper.

• Still visible dirt in the cup holders

• Still little bits of something sticky stuck to the leather that no doubt would have come out if they cleaned it

• They didn’t even touch the trunk until I saw it and told them to clean it. Then the next day when I looked there was still dirt and a few pine needles back there

• Still smelt just as bad as when I bought it from the last owner

• They may have halfway vacuumed the carpet, but there is no way they shampooed it, still small stains and dirt in many spots

• They didn’t even open the glove box, still lots of lint dirt and debris in there

• Sprayed black dye chemicals on the tires, but on one of them they only half spayed it on so it is still half faded black



Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid this shady makeshift business at all costs.

The pictures shown are of my 1999 Suburban door jams and motor that Zaurel stated that he personally cleaned. These pics are after the second time I took it to his business.

I purchased a royal detail for 125.00 normally 225.00, I thought I was getting a good deal, called to try and make an appointment no answer and could not leave a message. This should have been Flag #1. Showed up at there place of business and no where to park I had to park down the street at the bar, because all of the employees cars were parked in front this should have been Flag #2. Walked in and spoke with Zaurell Blue the owner made an appointment for 2/21/13 at 10am for my 1999 Chevy Suburban. My truck was pretty dirty and it had been parked for a while. I dropped it off Zaurel said they needed it for about 4hrs, I said cool call me when it's done. I called their office at 5:20pm because I had not heard from them. The receptionist stated that it was not done and she would call me when they brought her the keys and also mentioned that they closed at 6pm. I said ok, 10min later the receptionist calls me back asking if they could keep it for one more day and I said ok. This should have been Flag #3. Next day 2/22/13 the receptionist calls me at 1:10pm and said "Your vehicle will be done at 2pm" I said, "Ok I'm at work can I send my daughter down to pay for the fees and taxes and you park my truck outside the building and give her the keys and I can pick it up later?", she said "that will be OK". My daughter goes about 3pm and pays the taxes and fees and they give her the keys. Later when we went to pick up my truck my truck was no where to be found. So my husband and daughter went back on 2/23/13 to try and pick up the truck and they had to get the keys back and go retrieve it from an unknown area. Flag #4. At that time Zaurel hurried up and pressure washed the outside and wiped the windows down. Later when I got home and looked over the truck, they never hand washed, dryed nor waxed the outside, they did not clean the motor, nor restore my headlights, the carpet in the back of my truck was never shampooed all of my door jams were still caked with moss and black stuff. I called Zaurel and left a message and no reply. I called again and then spoke with Zaurel expressing my dissatisfaction. He asked me to bring in in on 2/27/13 at 10am. I had to wait 40mins for him to get to the office and then he really did not want to see nor hear my concerns. FlaG #5 I should him all the areas that were not done and he assured me they would be done. I left my truck with him. I called several times on 2/28/13 trying to find out if my vehicle was complete, but no one answered. I went there at 5:30pm to find absolutely no one around in the open business and my keys to my truck in plain site, my vehicle was parked across the street in front of someones house unlocked. I checked to see if everything was done that was promised and still caked on moss and a dirty motor. I have called and left messages no response, I have left post on the companies web page and he just deletes them and blocks me. All I want is a complete refund. Zaurel is not a very good person and is just out to take your money and hope that you do not notice the horrible job that he does on your vehicle. CONSUMER BEWARE! Don't make the same mistake I did and ignore all the RED FLAGS!

"ride like royalty" NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! IF YOU'R LOOKING TO HAVE A HALFAS* CLEANING JOB DONE TO YOUR CAR TAKE IT TO THESE GUYS!!! YOUR GUARANTEED TO HAVE RANDOM PEOPLE DRIVING AND WORKING ON IT!!! DON'T BE SUPPERISED IF YOUR CAR ISN'T EVEN AT THERE SHOP BUT AT THE NEIGBORS HOUSE BEING WORKED ON!!! NOT WORTH IT AT ANY PRICE!!!

I found a voucher for Kingz De...

I found a voucher for Kingz Detail on Amazon Local a few weeks ago. Seemed like a really good deal. For $110 I got their "Royal Detail" which normally costs $250. Great deal, and because of that I bought 2 vouchers. One for my truck and one for my wife's car. So I went to the website, scheduled an appointment online to have my truck detailed on Wednesday(12/26/12) at 10AM and my wife's car detailed on Friday(12/28/12). I even got an reminder e-mail the day before about bringing my truck in to be detailed.



At 8:06AM that morning, less than 2 hours before I am supposed to drop off my truck, I get an e-mail, not a call, an e-mail saying "Sorry or the miss communication but we will be closed today as we are still out of town until tonight. Thursday-Saturday will be open and all of next week."



So I reply back to the e-mail saying that because of the miss communication on their part, and the fact the times I scheduled are the only times I have available to get my vehicles detailed, that I would like to drop off both vehicles on Friday and get them detailed then.



Their reply was "no, we already have other vehicles to detail that day, reschedule for another day". Seeing as how I was using my vacation time to be able to get these details, that was not an option.



So because this guy screwed up, I am expected to take a day off of work to accommodate his mistake.



Rather than deal with him any longer, I called Amazon Local and cancelled the vouchers. Then I cancelled my other appointment with Kingz Detail. To further show he just did not care his response to my cancellation was "Ok sounds cool. Take care & have a good day."



Now I was not expecting a free detail or anything like that. But maybe an apology? Something as simple as "sorry I screwed up."



The real kicker, on Monday, 2 days before my appointment, he posted on Facebook that Kingz Detail would be closed until Wednesday. Funny how he never thought to maybe check and make sure he did not have appointments on Wednesday.



In hindsight, I did not do the smart thing and look for reviews beforehand. If I had I would have seen a couple things. First, some really bad reviews. Second, I would actually see some stellar reviews, posted by the owner of Kingz Detail. Fancy that....
