I will never use Mr. Fischer as an attorney. He was the bank attorney in the refinance of my home. He is completely unprofessional. He yelled at his staff in front of myself and other clients/attorneys. When I was spoken to he talked to me like I was a child. Also, his paralegal does not return your phone calls or let you know what is going on with your closing, and when you do actually get a hold of her, she is completely rude and acts like you are bothering her. I highly recommend using someone other than him, and if he is the bank attorney for you, I sympathize for you. Good luck. The only way to make this office better is if the people working at it learned how to treat others with respect it seems like.
