Federico's Auto Body

I normally don't write reviews, but had to share my experience. I was involved in a car accident and a friend recommended I take my car to Federico's. I am really glad I did, not only did they work with my insurance, but made the experience from start to finish an easy one. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. When I picked my car up it looked brand new. I hope I don't have any accidents, but if I did I would definitely consider taking my car to Federico's for repairs.

I dont normally write reviews however I had a great experience and felt I would share. In a recent trip to Syracuse I was in an accident and could not drive my vehicle. My car was towed to Federicos Auto Body. While Burnet Ave is a little sketchy the shop was clean and the service was exceptional. The employees at Federicos were all extremely helpful and polite. The estimate I received was fair and they even included a vehicle for me to drive while mine was worked on. The repair was quick and I was on my way in a few days. Reputable repair shops provide warranties and Federico's did. Thanks again to all the staff for a wonderful experience providing a small bright spot in an otherwise unfortunate accident.
