Crown Chem Dry

This is the second time we have used Crown Chem Dry. Everything about both experiences was exceptional. Rob arrived on time and performed with a stellar standard of professionalism in every part of his job.

Our 11 year old off-white carpets look brand new and that includes removing the black ring of dust around the edges from the air circulation system and ALL the dirt worn in from the traffic pattern....truly amazing. Any request I have given Rob has been acted upon and carried out to perfection. There was only one stain he could not remove because it was where a basket sitting on the floor got wet and the wood stain saturated the carpet. I knew that would never come out before I showed it to him. That's a miracle for a house full of off-white carpet.

Getting the appointment was simple and I called about one week in advance. The customer phone service set the standard for the whole experience....pleasant and easy.

One thing I noticed and really appreciated was that Rob was not on his cell phone the while he was on the job. It is refreshing to have a service performed in your home without extraneous conversation going on all over the place. The machinery is quiet compared to any other I've heard. There are no hoses going out the entry door either. We were able to walk on the carpet right away. All of the furniture was able to be placed back on the carpet 3 hours after he finished. The carpets were completely dry within a few hours.

I would highly recommend them above all other carpet cleaners in Syracuse and Central NY.
