Fence Sales of Sycamore

Took 3 phone calls to schedule an estimate. Owner came to the house and said he’d email the estimate by the next day. A few days had past with no estimate, so I called the office to get an update as we had several other estimates and wanted to move forward. Was told the owner would call me back. Several days had past again and had not heard back so I called once again. I finally got a call back that same day. Owner says he had emailed me the estimate 3 days ago and that I must not have received it. He reviewed the estimate over the phone and said he’d email a copy “again”. Shortly afterward I had a missed call and voicemail from the owner and he was asking me to send over my email once again as he could not find it on his desk. Well.. I would have thought that if he emailed me the first time like he claimed he did than he would have my email address in his “sent mail”. Seems like a very unorganized company that I will not bring my business to. I had 5 other estimates done- all of them provided a free estimate that same day before they even left my house. They all discussed price in relation to the other estimates and most beat the lowest price. Sycamore fence sales was my highest bid- up $2000+ dollars from the 5 other estimates.
