I called this company to have my home inspected before I put it on the market. Any work that needed doing would have been tasked to this company, as they were the one's whom helped me at the beginning of the resale process. An appointment was made for 9:30am on a Monday; however, it was 11:00am before I received a phone call from the business contact saying that they were not going to be able to keep our appointment. I was upset but did not reflect my anger toward the contact. I was angry because I held my morning hostage waiting for him to arrive and not only did he not show, but waited over an hour AFTER the appointment to inform me of the recent change of events. I'd hoped to be able to recommend this company, but infortunately, I must recommend that you save your time and breath and find a company that keeps it's appointments.
