Ductz of Charleston

We had a horrible experience with George and his crew from Ductz. They cleaned our two systems very cursorily and not thoroughly in the least. We could see all the dust still in the ducts. When we called and complained the crew returned, with a very bad attitude, and spent all of 10 minutes, literally, to finish the job. When we complained to George about the poor job and attitude of his crew, he simply said that it was "their personality". We spent nearly $700 on this job with nothing to show for it and no discount offered for the lack of cleaning. Now, we have to have it redone by another company altogether for a lot more, but at least they'll do the job properly (the other co. told us the job would take a full day to get it done right, compared with the 3 hours Ductz took). Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I was so happy with my A/C company Girard Heating and when it came time for my ducts to be clean they told me that they didn't do duct cleaning but they knew another company that could do it and with the right equipment.. I am so happy with ductz! Thanks for helping me breath!!!!!!
