        Overall
        fast service, communication so-so

        I called them to fix my ice maker. And they did. Although, they said a part would be in the next day and it wasn't. They also didn't give me a call to let me know it wasn't in. I just figured it out when no one came. However the very next day he came and fixed it. All in all I would recommend them to friends and family. I just called them again to come and look at my hot water heater.
