Took my car for a 4 wheel alignment job. They were very busy. Requested me to drop the car and pick it up before closing. When I went back, the alignment job was completed as promised. I just wanted to leave a review about First Tire and Automotive real quick. Let me start off by saying, car repairs are never something you WANT to do but something you HAVE to do. In all honesty, the guys here are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet and are really there to help YOU. James, Mark and all the other guys here really make it easier on me and make me feel good about my decision to get my vehicle repaired here. The prices are fair and the service is immaculate. So, I just wanted to say Thank You First Tire and Automotive - First Colony for all the help.

Finally found a place to take my car that is trustworthy and does great work. Everyone is so helpful, nice and goes out of their way to take care of our issues. Lately I have been experiencing lots of mechanical failures due to driving an older automobile and Tim always works with me on prioritizing the repairs. If not, I would not be able to keep my vehicle. They provide shuttle service. They are a life saver!

I have been to them for oil changes, tire rotations, and state inspections. They always give fast and friendly service! Scheduling an appointment would be best just because they can get busy. I prefer going to them and paying their prices than going to the dealership for the free oil changes. They are honest and helpful!

These guys are great! Tim and James helped me out with my car after the mechanic I went to didn't fix it properly. They are honest, really helpful and they care! The biggest concern was safety for me, so I brought it in and they took their time to show me what was going on with my car and to help fix it. The first time I went in, they didn't charge me. I decided to go back to get some other things fixed and they did a wonderful job. Go to these guys if you want peace of mind!

Friendly and trust worthy staff. Met Tim regarding an issue with electric power and acceleration for my car. Brought it in, described my problem and he gave a quick look before even bringing the car back for diagnostic. His opinion was the battery needed replacing and so far that has fixed it. We didn't do the diagnostic and so that saved me and his staff time. I plan to return again next time I have any repair needs. Great having someone you can trust.

After a bad experience with salesmen at a different garage, I used Yelp via Google Maps to check local ratings. These guys came out highest on the list, and they haven't disappointed me. No unnecessary work. That's key to my trust.

I had an appt. for oil chg, but they were VERY honest in letting me know my window sticker indicated it was too early and my oil looked clean. They did an overall inspection at no cost and identified issues that can be done at the future oil change, and gave costs with prioritizing which to do first. Facility honors AAA discount.
