Approximately four years ago, I spent $2200 dollars on laser hair removal. After my consultation with Freda, I was very excited, and relieved that maybe one day in the near future, I would no longer have to shave the dark hair from my chin, neck, sideburns, and upper lip. Long story short is after six treatments, there were no results- ZIP~! I told her after the fourth treatment, that I was seeing no changes. I told her after the fifth, there were no changes...she then recommended I have labs done, telling me it was hormones, or a deficiency. She also sent me to a holistic doctor friend of hers, one "that speciallizes in this type of thing ". I ended up going to the sixth appt, with my normal labs in hand. I refused her friend doctor. I sat through the sixth treatment, hoping something would change. I had investigated laser hair removal..it took me two years to save up for the procedure (I chase six kids, and work full time). Nothing changed. She then said sometimes it takes more treatments for some people, and that we could agree on a price per treatment instead of a package..Hmmm. I already gave her over two grand. I went home crying, and my husband was furious. We made an appt and approached her together and asked her for a refund, seeing that I paid $2200 and got absolutely nothing in return. We ended up in court, and after two appearances, by me, and not by her, I had to drop the case against her because after hiring a lawyer, they wanted more money to call a doctor to the stand...money I didn't have. I can't tell you how devastated I was that I had no results. All I wanted was a refund so maybe I could go get electrolysis, or go to someone who actually knew what they were doing. If I went to a tanning salon, and came out after three visits the same shade I went in as, I sure would expect my money back..if for no other reason than for good PR. I will never recommend this salon, or Freda to anyone.

I got my eyebrows done 3-10 and they look horrible. Like someone took a magic marker and wrote on my face. I also have two different looking eyebrows. She does not use a ruler to measure she uses a paper towel, that should have been my first clue to get out. It is very hard for me to look at someone in the eye right now, I find myself looking down or away. I don't wish this on anyone. I will be the first to admit I didn't know what I wanted but I certainly didn't deserve this.
