        We had set up an appointment with "Keith" Cavoto which involved a two hour window. My wife took a half day off work ( without pay ) and we made arrangements for our children to be picked up from school.
        My wife waited all afternoon for Cavoto Plumbing but they were a "no show".
        There was no courtesy call advising that they would not coming. Repeated calls to Cavoto Plumbing went to "voicemail" which resulted in no return call(s).
        We like to support our local businesses but are concerned that it may be best for the consumer to stay with the large businesses which may be more responsible and accountable.
        We are quite disappointed.
        Friends that we advised of this incident told us that apparently Cavoto Plumbing will do this if they get "big money" job in the meantime.
