Find another place to live. The apartments are spacious and most of the tenants are fine. It's the staff and the owners who make the place miserable. They can't hire and keep a decent manager so they hire what ever applies for the job. The staff is lazy and incompetent. Housekeeper cleans when she wants to. Maintenance man sits and sleeps in a room on the 3rd floor. The staff ignores the condition of the yard until residents complain about the lawn dying from lack of water. The yard maintenance crew doesn't know about the care and pruning of ornamental shrubs and simply don't care if the yard dies. It just means they don't have to mow as often but still get paid. The staff is invasive of the tenants right to privacy. Fair Housing laws are ignored and if a tenant complains they are criticized and blamed for the situation. The halls are rarely vacuumed but it does no good to complain to the manager or the owners. The employee simply lies and nothing gets done.
