WORST PLACE EVER. BUY ELSEWHERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST I'VE RECEIVED.
This location sold us a computer with a crack in the screen!! When we went to exchange it or remedy the situation NOTHING was done to help us. The manager David Samela did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. He even blamed US for the damaged computer! FYI, they have a 5 day return limit on their big ticket items...now I see why...they are damaged. I will be contacting corporate to report the staff and request something be done.

Save your money and buy somewhere where you're actually treated with respect. This place will no longer receive a dime of my money and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know is aware of this.

On Friday Jan. 23, 2015 I purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer from BrandsMart in Stockbridge Ga. I paid $2364.00. Prior to making the purchase, I inquired about an A.M. delivery time. I was assured by the salesman that wouldn't be a problem. He scheduled the delivery for Monday. He informed me that someone would call me on Saturday to confirm the delivery date and time. On Saturday I did in fact received a phone call to confirm the delivery for Monday evening. I informed that lady that I needed an A.M. delivery. She rescheduled my delivery date for the following day to ensure an A.M. delivery time. The next day I received a phone call from BrandsMart to confirm the delivery date and time and again with a late evening delivery time. I explain to her that the delivery was rescheduled from Monday to Tuesday so that I could get an A. M. delivery time. She informed me that she could not guarantee me an A. M. Delivery time. I then spoke with George Stinson, the store manager. I explain the entire situation to him. He reiterated that they could not guarantee me an A.M. delivery time.

I don't understand, I should have been informed at the time of purchase that Brandsmart could not accommodated their customers with a reasonable request concerning an A. M. window for a scheduled delivery. I don't want to miss a day from work, if it can be avoided, to receive a delivery of merchandised that I purchased. Upon contacting the BrandsMart Corporate Office, I was informed that the merchandised was being delivered to me from the Ellenwood Warehouse. The Ellenwood Warehouse is approximately 3 to 5 miles from my residence, which is the reason I couldn't get an A.M. delivery time. Furthermore, According to a manager at the Warehouse, no one from Brandsmart communicated to them my request for an A.M. Delivery time.

This entire situation has been extremely frustrating, annoying, and a big inconvenience. In the future, I much rather do business with a establishment that is dependable, reliable and accommodating to its customers.

I bought a portable dvd player from brandsmart an the battery went bad i brought it back to that store for a replacement battery come to find out brandsmart doesn't carry the battery for my dvd player. So i ask were can i get a replacement battery for my dvd player and coster service told me to go online to see if i could order one from the manufacturing co. who made that dvd player so i did an they doesn't make a battery for that paticular dvd player so now i'm stuck with a dvd player i can't get a battery for. So the way i feel brandsmart shouldn't sell anything a customer can't find parts for thats why i rate brandsmart so low. And every since that happen i hav'nt shop brandsmart stores since then. I'm a paying customer if i get treated bad the first time i shop there i will never shop there again. I just wanted ya'll to know how i feel thank you Mr. Ransom Sr. Ps the name of that dvd player is haier 7in portable dvd player.
