I called Stillwater mechanical for a backed up plumbing issue and they responded promptly and were very efficient. The resolved the issue very quickly and I have had zero issues with my building. The charged a fair price and did excellent work, I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

The secretary was very knowledgeable in plumbing as well as heating and air conditioning fields. She listened to me as I explained my plumbing issue and helped guide me through some trouble shooting (to potentially save me a service fee) in efforts to ensure that I indeed needed to schedule a service call. Upon review, and targeted questioning, she recommended that a technician come out to take a look at our drain. The service man called to confirm the appointment and to ensure that someone would be at home before heading to my home. He spoke with me on what was found in the drain that had caused the clog. Because it only took him 30 minutes to unclog the drain he only charged me half the hourly rate of $50.00. There were no trip charges or diagnostic fees. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience with Stillwater Mechanical and recommend their team for all plumbing and HVAC needs.
