Very bad experience.

I sincerely don't recommend this place. This is not a respected bussiness. If you don' believe me, just chek the BBB website. They have an unsatisfactory rating. They have bunch of complaints and probably there are many as mine that were not filed. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company. In my case they told me that the furniture was leather and later I found out that it was plastic. There was a guy that pretended to be the owner and later I found out that he was a relative of the owner and apparently whatever he was saying was not true. But once I discovered the lies about the furniture and try to return the furniture, the owner himself told me to take a hike and to do whatever I want, but I would not get my money back.

Horrible customer service and poor refund policy

I purchased furniture that was not delivered to me when I was told. I was asked to return to the store to reselect furniture that I was told a few days earlier would be delivered without a problem. Once I got to the store they said that their system had been down for two weeks however I wasn't contacted until the day that my deliver was supposed to be made. When I returned to the store, understandbly upset, I was treated with total disrepect as the manager refused to refund or even discount my delivery fee. I was threatened that if I decided to cancel my purchase I would assess a 20% restocking fee for doing so. I don't understand the fee due to that fact that the furniture was never unstocked to begin with. I feel that the 20 percent penalty is Prestige���s way of forcing unsatisfied customers to purchase from them. I am currently in the process of disputing the entire transaction. It is totally not fair that Prestige Furniture feels that they can treat customers like ���crap��� and continue to remain open. They are statused unsatifactory with the Better Business Bureau due to previous complaints. Their return policy is unreasonable. Especially, when they were the ones who did not make good on their end of the deal. Their system of keeping track of orders is substandard. Their delivery method of writing and removing names from their make shift delivery chart has been proven to be totally unreliable. And this is all topped off by their horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again. Furthermore, I hope that no else falls prey to Prestige���s rude and underhanded tactics when conducting business.

BUYER BEWARE! FRAUD ALERT!

MY MOTHER PURCHASED SOME END TABLES FOR ME AT THIS STORE ON SATURDAY, AUG. 18, '07 AFTER 'WILLIE' TOLD US HE COULD BEAT ANY DEAL. THE NEXT DAY HER CREDIT CARD CO. CALLED TO SAY THEY DENIED SOME 'SUSPICIOUS' CHARGES ON HER CREDIT CARD. SOMEONE WENT TO WALMART IN SPRING, TX AND TRIED TO CHARGE $500-WHICH WAS DENIED- AND THEY WENT TO 2 GAS STATIONS USING MY MOTHER'S CREDIT CARD #. THIS WAS THE ONLY STORE MY MOTHER USED HER CARD AT BECAUSE SHE WAS HERE FROM OUT OF TOWN. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE SOMEONE IN THAT STORE IS A CROOK.
