This quick and easy procedure can be customized to meet your specific concerns. It can treat loose skin on the tummy after pregnancy or weight loss, loose skin on the upper arms, and other trouble spots.
Urinary Incontinence
Botox is an FDA-approved treatment used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment is made from a toxin called botulinum A and works by temporarily paralyzing the muscles in the face. This non-surgical treatment is most often used on frown lines, crow’s feet, wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows. Treatments can also be used to reduce the appearance of lines around the mouth and sagging skin on the neck and jawline. Some patients may also have treatments for migraines, excessive sweating, and urinary incontinence.

Ear Surgery
Discomfort immediately following ear surgery is normal and oral pain medication may help. Patients (children and adults) can return to school/work within one week. After the dressings are removed, a headband (called a buff) is worn at night for three months to protect the ears while sleeping. Patients may return to normal exercise within two weeks and sports activities within three weeks.

Though often thought of as a cosmetic procedure, nose jobs are a common treatment option for those struggling with extreme allergic reactions or obstructed breathing as well. When considering whether a rhinoplasty is right for you, there are several things that should be taken into account. For one, consider your age. With the exception of pediatric patients who have a facial birth defect such as cleft palate, younger teens are not good candidates for nose jobs. Additionally, those who smoke should consider quitting before surgery, as smoking causes poor blood flow and may pose complications during the procedure. Plastic Surgery

The nose is the most defining characteristic of the face, so subtle changes can greatly improve one’s appearance. Nasal surgery can be performed on any part of the nose to increase or reduce its size. The size and shape of the nostrils, tip, or bridge can also be modified, as can the slope or angle of the nose. Rhinoplasty may also be performed to correct an injury or birth defect or to improve breathing. Dr. Leake has performed volumes of rhinoplasties and specializes in revision cases. Balance is achieved by creating a nose that is symmetrical to the face and body.

Laser Resurfacing
Although medical facials can easily be customized using a variety of tools and products, there are some conditions that may preclude treatment, including the use of medications that render skin very sensitive. As with any form of facial treatment, certain active ingredients and modalities such as laser resurfacing should be avoided if you are pregnant or have a heart condition. It is important that you discuss with us if you have any allergies, skin sensitivity, underlying conditions, or if you are taking medications prior to your medical facial.

Dermabrasion
Dermaplaning is appropriate for all skin types in need of mild exfoliation. This treatment reduces the dead cellular layer on the skin through a method of controlled surgical scraping. This process creates a smoother, brighter appearance. Treatments can be incorporated with a mild chemical peel for a deeper exfoliation. This treatment is comparable to micro-dermabrasion; the difference is dermaplaning does not use suction or abrasive crystals which can cause broken capillaries and uneven texture.
Forehead Lift
Forehead lift procedures involve making incisions at different points depending on your particular condition. Incisions are commonly made in the hairline of the scalp to leave no visible scarring. Sometimes procedures involve the use of lighted cameras underneath the brow to visualize the underlying muscles and tissue. A typical brow and forehead lift lasts for 1-2 hours.
