Technician came out to service my fireplace unit after I had problems turning it on. Turns out it was just the pilot light. The very friendly and knowledgeable technician showed me how turn it on if it went out again. He also taught me how to operate my unit and the importance of having the annual service done. Since he was already, I had him service my unit and it looks brand new. He was on time and answered all my questions. He left me feeling very comfortable on how to use my gas fireplace. Will definitely use this company again.
