Perryman & Sons Heating & AC

I normally don't like to give negative feedback, but I do it to warn anyone from going through what I have. I had a heat/air unit installed 2 years ago at a rental home, no one was living there at the time, but when I would go over there, I wasn't able to get the heat or air to work. I would call continuously to get someone to come fix this, they promised to come, but never came. It has been 2 years, and I finally have a tenant. We have been calling almost everyday for over a month--NO ONE ANSWERS, NO ONE CALLS BACK, NO ONE FIXES ANYTHING!!!!!!! If you would like a working heat/air unit DO NOT CALL HERE...call somewhere that is willing to care about your health if it's cold outside and the heat doesn't work. I also went to the "business" and found out that it was a house. A brother answered...and was supposed to call back when we could get an appointment---still nothing.
