Sales person acted as if she was a little above us. When we called to order the product our information had been misplaced. Then the wrong product was delivered. Because of a time crunch we used them anyway.

They were anxious to make a sale of a very expensive product that was wrong for my needs. Now they are being dismissive, and I'm sick with disappointment. If the resolution changes, I'll give a better reviews but so far the situation is bad for this senior customer.

They are expensive, they charge for freight by the square foot (not in the estimate) they did not ask me how I wanted the finish around my fireplace what they picked for me looked like crap they told me they did not like the "cut in" look I had to inform them that it wasn't their house after 6 weeks I am still waiting for transitions pieces and the fireplace to be finished and now they are harassing me for payment when the job is not done. I will NEVER recommend them

The selection was overwhelming. Judy, my salesperson, helped me with color and style. She even came to my house to help me with color coordination.



The installers showed up on time and were very profesional.



I would recomend Midwest Rug to anyone.
