I was highly recomended to bring my wife there and told her to book her hair appointment at 9:30 a.m for 3:30 p.m and we arrived at 2:45 p.m early for appointment and they had her waiting until about 4:15 p.m and we were with our child and he was more than patient,but you tell me what child infant can wait patiently that long.I thought my overall experience there was the worse and will never recomend or bring her or anyone I know to that establishment...The WORSE EVER.

One of the WORST appointments I've ever had in my life. I have been going to Latina for years. The girls there know me and my sisters. I usually just get my hair cut and that really it. I stay away from crazy color or cuts. Last year a girl who was new died my hair and gave me blonde highlights. i didn't like it. i wanted a copper color and what I got was bleach blonde. She tried twice to correct it, what she did was use a semi permanent color so after a few washes I was blonde again (not what I paid for) This year I wanted something different. I wanted to lighten my hair to a dark brown color. Jaelyn took me. She threw blonde in my hair and then color...heres the thing the color came out with an orange tint and only the top half of my hair is colored. From my ears down my hair is my natural color. Its disgusting! I paid almost 150 for this wreck job. My side tips are blonde and the top of my head is brown with an orange tint mixed with my natural color (almost black). I got home and inspected my hair.. i had hair dye all over my neck and my roots weren't properly dyed. What a joke. not to mention they have only been at their new location for about a year and the salon looks like crap. Paint is chipped, walls are dirty and stations and light fixtures are dusty. No one is friendly any more and they had the music obnoxiously loud from a little cheap speaker. My days of being loyal to latina are over. Sorry not sorry ladies. You've done my hair wrong too many times.....I'll take my business to Ermosa where many of your clients have already gone. xo

I went for what I thought would be a relaxing day....and boy was I wrong. So I got a color, cut and blow dry. Let me start off by saying I came in early and ended up waiting 40 min. I was blonde and wanted a chocolate brown, the woman assured me it would look great. So I got the color and cut ( the cut was ok) once my hair was dry I discovered it was an ashy brown and uneven. When I told the woman she said, "no its not it looks fine" and rushed me out the door. I will never go back!!! Service does not match the price!
