        Mr Shay handled my workers compensation case. I was a fool to try to work with the workers comp insurance company at first. After being without Temporary Total Disability benefits for almost 3 months, I needed help. I was glad I found Timothy Shay. He advertises that he is aggressive and will work for the best results for his clients. That is no lie as I had my TTD back pay within a week! Mr Shay is very knowledgeable and competent in the work comp laws and has a attitude of no nonsense when it comes to dealing with the opposing lawyers. Yet he is extremely personable and helpful to his clients. He was always patient to answer all of my questions and would spell out my options and advise appropriately. Communication with his clients goes far and above his duty as I would get emails from him personally after hours and on the weekends. This led me to understand how hard Tim Shay works for his clients! His hard work paid off as I received a settlement far larger than I ever expected. If you need a good attorney, I highly recommend Tim Shay!
