Northwest Medical Center - Springdale

I went in to the ER due to a slip at Wal-Mart. I have an ankle thats is held together by a plate and 7 screws, I aslo have severe arthritis due to trama. While I was in the ER the doctor never introduced herself as the doctor came in looked at my food and left. While she was in the room her bedside manner was terrible she acted as though I was a nuisance to her and as if she did not care that I was in a ton of pain. I never usually go there because they are wait time is always outrageous, but I am in so much pain I couldn't wait. Well after she made me feel crap she sent me on my way with an anti-inflammatory still withouteven really asking me what was fully hurting and how bad. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 30+ MINS I WILL GO ELSEWHERE and I suggesr you look at all your options as well. I do have to say though that the receptionist at the front was very nice and helpful.
