Built INSREPAIRS are what keep a home going and CAN quite often BE the biggest challenge to a homeowner. Repairs are typically easy and cheap in nature but always take more time than what YOU have planned for. These are typically the items that hold YOU back from doing the FUN kind of upgrades to your home. This CAN lead to further more expensive repairs if NOT taken care of properly. I have over 20 years in the construction industry. I started by working with a custom home builder AS a summertime JOB during high school. OUR focus was foundation. Framing. Exterior finishes and interior work to include ALL trim carpentry and custom accents. After school I worked in construction management AS a project superintendent for large homebuilders in southern California. Seattle washington and NOW Houston. I have worked with high END homes. Active adult communities AS well AS semi custom builders. I was in charge of the ground UP construction of many communities and have been very proud of the work MY team and I have accomplished. It is a very fast moving and challenging profession that is very rewarding AT times. I Also worked in the commercial side of construction that opened MY eyes to a different side to construction. I have HAD focused schooling only but in MY profession hands on training is much better in MY opinion. During MY time in commercial construction I was GRANDFATHERED I to the carpenters union. It was there that I took an 18 month superintendent career training. But MY real passion is to transfer houses into homes by adding things that personalize it SO I AM PERSUING it by offering UP MY services. I AM a homeowner myself and know that in order to ADD anything to your home. YOU first need it to function appropriately. This is time consuming and usually means YOU can't GET to other things until these items are finished. This brings ME to WHY IM here. I love to help create. Build and FIX things and that is what I wish to Bring to YOU.
