Poor poor poor poor poor poor poor No business ethics. Had the owner Bob come out to install my garage door. He installed one which would not work with my Mercedes to open the garage door. I had to purchase another device, which does not work very well. Before I agreed to have it installed I asked if he would install a switch which would allow me to turn or the garage light and he agreed. He said that he had it ordered and when he got it he would return to install it. He took my original key pad from my garage door which was not his to take. I asked him in several voice messages because he refuses to answer my calls and return any of my calls, but I have texted him 10 times since July 20 and he has not responded. He has not blocked my phone and when I used another phone to call him he answered, but hung up when he realized it was me. When I called him back he allowed it to go to voice mail. I should have know that he was a thief and a crook when I got a receipt with no address on it. He had no problems cashing my $312.84 check immediately. I would not recommend him to do work for anyone. I will be calling th BBB on him.

Guaranteed Overhead Door has worked on my dads house and mine,work is done at a fair price and 30 plus yrs exp on the job is a plus..fixed right the first time... showed me how to keep up on my garage door and opener...thanks bob for the good work..pam davis
