        Broke my faucet

        They came out and cleaned my carpets in my home yesterday. Came to discover this morning, they broke the faucet in my bathroom where they ran their hose from. Called them this morning and they don't want to take responsibility for what they did or even pay to have it fixed. I am also reporting them to the BBB. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

        Poor dependability and service; questionable ethics

        This company was contacted to do work and with trust, no other company was contacted. This was an important appointment and I did not expect no calls would ever be returned, no staff would ever show up after promises that they would. Would not recommend.
