I called and asked for my primary care PA to refer me to a neurologist. The staff took all day to call me back with a appt 2 months away. I doubt she was informed cause this has been a issue in the past. I started having migraines and ER docs advised me to see a particular neurologist. I called the office of the one I wanted to see and they were not contacted by FHG. So they are content to have me suffer for 2 months the go to the wrong neurologist. I'm changing providers. My family has been seeing Pisani for a decade and due to the staffs incompetence, and lies, we gotta go else where.
