STAR Physical Therapy

My personal opinion is that the staff is very nice; however, they are limited when it comes to expertise of treatment of different types of inquiries. My technician was Amanda, she appeared to be extremely focus on one style of treatment that did not yield optimal results for me as I usually ended up in pain afterwards; however. my therapy never really changed, so, I tried communicating how much discomfort to her, she did show concern, but pressed forward with pretty much the same style of therapy, the end result, I stopped going to that location. Adam is very nice, however several of his commentary he makes out loud, he should be mindful of his entire audience and considerate how his comments affect his and everyone's clients (open environment), as it is a professional environment and some of the commentary is really unnecessary negative chatter that is best keep to himself.

Chris and Amanda are awesome. I had rotator cuff surgery on March 20th and two weeks later I'm doing great and going back to work.



I had heard rumors rotator cuff physcial therapy being torture from hell, but it wasn't. The first few days going, Chris just massaged and stretched my arm and shoulder. It actually felt good to extend it. Ohhh and the machine that shocks the muscles is a creepy, yet really cool feeling. The treatment is a total success! I'll be back to running 5K soon! I'm so pleased!



All the staff is very helpful, encouraging, and informative.



The only gripe I have is that they are always busy. Maybe they need another PT person. But, it you want the best...it is worth the wait.
