Shadle Contracting

I was extremely happy with the work done by Shadle Contracting. I've had them remodel 2 of my 3 bathrooms and will continue give Shadle business whenever I can.The work was finished on time, the employees that worked at my home were knowlegable and professional. At the end of the day they did a great job of cleaning up their mess! The owner, Tim, was always available to answer any questions and, even if he wasn't actively participating in the project on a particular day, he'd either come by or get in touch with me by phone to make sure things were going as plannedI've recommended him to friends and would highly recommend him to anyone that's contemplating having their bathroom remodeled. They do a wonderful job and get it done on time!

First impression may be deceiving. This contractor was great in the beginning but when he made a promise he FELL through big time! This contractor cost me over $10,000 in damage when he instructed me to drain my water system (as I did) so he could do a repair when I was out of town. When he finished the job he turned the water back on but failed to check all faucets in the house and left a sink open which intern caused a flood. He refused to report it to his insurance company since we turned off the water (per his instructions) after all wasn t his hand last on the water... YES!!! In good faith and because he was a friend of my deceased (handicapped) father I turned over the claim to my insurance and agreed in a verbal agreement that he would do enough in labor to make up for my $1000 deductible. Although he did most of the work, two projects he agreed to do he failed to finish because he was so busy and overworked. Finally a year later I asked if he could work me in to his schedule to finish the repayment and he told me NO!!! He said that I like my father and that we bleed him dry and he wasn t going to do anything more for me! First of all I never nor did my father bleed him dry. If he thought that he could of turned away our work! Second he FLOODED my home!! To the point it was not livable! I worked with the situation and took the high road and make his life easier by not doing what I should have and fought his insurance company! He is a snake in the grass just looking for a little old lady to bite! He claims his old lady clientele doesn t need him to advertising online but I see he s all over the internet now! Business must not be going well. I totally understand since he doesn t stick to his word with his customers. Oh and by the way... several things he did for me failed within a year so if you have any smarts do NOT go with Shadle Contracting... you will get burned!!!
