A Brush Above Chimney & Duct Cleaning

2nd time I’ve written this review. Somehow it keeps being deleted. This company and the owner seemed very knowledgeable and professional but unfortunately they aren’t. I booked an appointment over a week in advance and confirmed the appointment the day before they were to come out. The owner knew I had to arrange for someone to be there to let him in. On the day of the appointment my parents drove (30) minutes out to my house to wait 1 1/2 hours for A Brush Above to not show. He was supposed to be there at 1:00 pm. We made numerous calls and text and he never answered or responded to text. Finally at 2:45 he called to advise he was going to be lat and it would be 3:00 or a little after before he could be there. His reason was because his previous appointment had (3) chimneys to clean instead of (2) as he was told. I told him it was too late he knew I had to make arrangements for my parents to be there. He never apologized, just said to call him if I wanted to reschedule. I’ll pay more if necessary before I would give this company my work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

When I called this company the owner answered the phone right away. I explained our need to prepare our fireplace for a gas powered fire log. Dennis, the owner, came to our home the same day we talked on the phone and completed the task for a very low fee.. WOW!!! What an experience! We, my Husband and I, are very pleased with this company and the owner is a very nice man too. GREAT JOB, DENNIS : ) Keep up the good work.
