Milano's NY Pizza

milanos has the best calzone in the county. seriously good food! friendly staff make you feel very welcome!

We've been living in Southaven for several years and I don't know why we haven't gone to Milano's before. What a shame. We stopped in for a Friday night pizza and were met at the counter by a smiling and friendly face honestly willing to help us! Imagine that! Well, I would have happily eaten cardboard after being greeted and helped in such a delightful manner, but alas I didn't have to suffer. Our pizza (a deluxe) was quickly and efficiently made sliced and presented to us (again with the smile!) and off we went. The aroma in the car was almost overwhelming and I was getting hopeful....my wish was granted and we so much enjoyed our hot tasty treat that we went back for dinner on Saturday (a sit down affair) where we were once again flabbergasted by the friendly staff. Stuffed to gills with take home boxes and desert for later (real canolli!) we are so very happy to have found this hidden treasure and hope they continue to surprise us with their excellent customer service after which the delicious food is the icing on the cake.
